Our mission is to resolve your IRS (or State) back tax liability.

We put our clients through a rigorous in-depth interview process to find out if they qualify for an IRS tax settlement – and will not allow a client to retain our services unless the taxpayer is a legitimate candidate for tax relief. Our experienced staff of Attorneys CPAs, EAs, and Tax Professionals will vigorously and professionally represent you at all times. We will conduct ourselves at all times in a manner consistent with our ethical standards and guidelines. Generally you can expect us to:

Represent you in front of the IRS, or other State taxing Agency, handling all communications and correspondence, allowing you to continue on with your life.

Generally, you will not have to visit or speak with an IRS officer or agent.
Our team of experienced Attorneys, CPAs, Enrolled Agents and Tax Professionals have helped thousands of individuals and businesses solve their IRS and state tax collection or audit problems.

The IRS is a Federal Agency which is divided up into 4 major centralized functions across the country. However, depending upon what part of the country your case is worked in generally dictates how the local IRS District Office will resolve your matter. For example, some IRS District Offices believe that seizing taxpayer assets is a desirable way to collect taxes, while other Districts would rather set up a payment plan or approve an Offer in Compromise.
Tax Relief Services Fees

Debt Logic charges its clients on a fixed (flat) fee basis. We can do this because we know exactly what will be involved with achieving a settlement for your specific IRS problem. And we let our clients know at the time of their initial Free Confidential Consultation, how much they will have to pay in total to achieve their tax resolution (And this is a flat fee, unless there is a significant change in what we were retained to do.)

Generally, 30% - 50% of the total fee is due before we can begin work on your matter. We can finance the balance of your retainer in 2-6 equal monthly payments. However, you will know at the time of your initial Free Confidential Consultation, how much you will have to pay, in total, to achieve resolution. We do not charge for Faxes, Photocopies, Phone Calls, Correspondence, or Meetings, as does our competition (most law firms).
Qualifying for Tax Help - Important Note:

Every client's case is different. A client's results will vary. Note - most taxpayers DO NOT qualify for an offer in compromise. Because the IRS has very strict guidelines governing eligibility, we let our clients know up front what tax relief options are viable for resolving their specific IRS problems. We offer transparency to our clients, helping them understand the process for resolving tax debt so they have realistic expectations for solving their specific tax problems.

Our team of Tax Attorneys, CPAs, and Tax Relief Professionals can help you reduce back taxes penalties and interest. Get Tax Help Now, Call 888-554-6141 for a Free Tax Relief Consultation!

Why hire a Tax Attorney or Certified Tax Resolution Specialist?

While taxpayers may always represent themselves before the IRS to resolve back taxes and IRS problems, many taxpayers find dealing with the IRS frustrating, time-consuming, intimidating or all of the above and so they make the decision to hire professional tax help (specialized tax attorney, tax resolution firm, etc.) to negotiate a tax relief settlement with the IRS on their behalf.
